We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However any delivery outside of Australia will incur a delivery fee. Please contact us for shipping costs outside Australia at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations
Same Day Dispatch
For orders received before 3pm on Monday through to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day we receive it. Orders received after 3pm we will dispatch the next working day. For orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday we will aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.
We would love to be able to deliver to you the next day but as we are located in regional areas of South Australia and Victoria (beautiful places to live and work) we are limited by Australia Post times.
Deliveries will take from 2 to 7 days to arrive depending on where you live.
*Unfortunately currently there may be a delay in delivery times due to the slowness in Australia Post deliveries. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Due to the disruption caused by the Coronavirus (COVID - 19) we can not guarantee shipping the same day. We will however, endeavour to dispatch as close to the day of order as possible and it will be within 5 days of your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you live or work near one of our boutiques and would prefer to collect your order?
You can, by simply choosing the boutique you wish to collect from on the order confirmation page. We will then let you know when your order is ready to collect from the boutique you selected.

*We do not accept any returns if
: you are in isolation due to contracting COVID -19
: you are in isolation due to coming into contact with a person who has contracted COVID-19
: you have possibly come into contact with a person who may have been exposed to COVID -19
These return instructions are for full priced items. No refund on sale items.
If you need to return your purchase you may return the unworn, unmarked items with the tag and packaging intact within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item. Please ensure you follow these procedures as you would understand that we can not refund your purchase price if the item has been worn, is dirty or the tags are not intact.
All items are checked carefully prior to posting. If you believe there is a fault in the product please send a photo of the fault to email@example.com.
If the item is deemed faulty by us, we will refund you via your method of payment. This is in line with Australian Consumer Laws.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return postage costs . Otherwise you pay the postage cost on all returns.
It will be necessary to contact us for a return authorisation number and provide details of the reason for the return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, item ordered and the reason for the return. If all the conditions listed above are met, we will happily issue you a return authorisation number.
Please return in an Australia Post pre-paid package available at any Australia Post Outlets to LamiSaru Boutique, 78B The Terrace, Ocean Grove, Victoria 3226
Once we have received the product we will process the return.
LamiSaru Boutique will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced product that is being returned so we recommend you use registered post to ensure speedy and safe return.
