We deliver FREE to you in Australia when you purchase $150 or more

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However any delivery outside of Australia will incur a delivery fee. Please contact us for shipping costs outside Australia at Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations

Same Day Dispatch

For orders received before 3pm on Monday through to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day we receive it. Orders received after 3pm we will dispatch the next working day. For orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday we will aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.

We would love to be able to deliver to you the next day but as we are located in regional areas of South Australia and Victoria (beautiful places to live and work) we are limited by Australia Post times.
Deliveries will take from 2 to 7 days to arrive depending on where you live.

Do you live or work near our boutique and would prefer to collect your order? 
You can, by simply choosing 'Pick up in Ocean Grove Boutique' under the shipping instructions at the checkout. We will then let you know when your order is ready to collect from the boutique you selected.

Returns Policy 

These return instructions are for full priced items. No return accepted on sale items. 

We do not offer a refund on your purchase, but a credit note will be provided if
you need to return your purchase. Your items must be unworn and unmarked with the tag and packaging intact. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Please ensure you follow these procedures as you would understand that we can not accept the return if the item has been worn, is dirty or the tags are not intact.

All items are checked carefully prior to posting. If you believe there is a fault in the product please send a photo of the fault to 

If the item is deemed faulty by us, we will refund you via your method of payment. This is in line with Australian Consumer Laws.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return postage costs . Otherwise you pay the postage cost on all returns.

To gain a return authorisation number please email stating your name, item ordered and the reason for the return. If all the conditions listed above are met, we will happily issue you a return authorisation number.

Please return in an Australia Post pre-paid package available at any Australia Post Outlets to LamiSaru Boutique, 2/63A The Terrace, Ocean Grove, Victoria 3226

Once we have received the product we will process the return and email you the code for the credit note.

LamiSaru Boutique will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced product that is being returned so we recommend you use registered post to ensure speedy and safe return.
