Orders under $150 it is a flat rate of $10 for all orders within Australia.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However any delivery outside of Australia will incur a further delivery fee. Please contact us for shipping costs outside Australia at email@example.com. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations
Same Day Dispatch
For orders received on Monday through to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day we receive it. For orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday we will aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.
We would love to be able to deliver to you the next day but as we are located in regional areas of South Australia and Victoria (beautiful places to live and work) we are limited by Australia Post times.
Deliveries will take from 2 to 7 days to arrive depending on where you live.
Click and Collect
Do you live or work near one of our boutiques and would prefer to collect your order?
You can, by simply choosing the boutique you wish to collect from on the order confirmation page. We will then let you know when your order is ready to collect from the boutique you selected.
In the unlikely event that you need to return your full priced purchase you may return the unworn items with the tag and packaging intact within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note (excluding original postage cost).
All items are checked carefully prior to posting. If you believe there is a fault in the product please send a photo of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item is deemed faulty by us, we will refund you via your method of payment. This is in line with Australian Consumer Laws.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)we will pay the return postage costs . Otherwise you pay the return postage cost.
It will be necessary to contact us for a return authorisation number and provide details of the reason for the return.
A complete Guide to Returns will be included with your purchase.
Please return in an Australia Post pre-paid package available at any Australia Post Outlets.
Once we have received the product we will process the return.
LamiSaru Boutique will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced product that is being returned so we recommend you use registered post to ensure speedy and safe return.
